Caroline de Posada, Esq. is a speaker, writer, attorney, wife and mother to three little boys. From the age of seven, Caroline’s father, global speaker and best-selling author, Dr. Joachim de Posada, had Caroline attend his seminars, speeches, and courses. This began Caroline’s life-long apprenticeship of the public speaking industry. Upon graduation from college, Caroline had the rare and unique privilege to spend almost two years traveling the world and managing the speaking career of her father. During this time, Caroline co-edited her father’s first book, How To Survive Among Piranhas.
Caroline then entered the University of Miami School of Law to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a lawyer. Caroline’s legal career started as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami, Florida, where she tried over 30 cases in Domestic Violence, Juvenile, County Court, and Felony divisions.
Upon the birth of her first son, Caroline created a lifestyle legal and entrepreneurial business that would give her the flexibility to spend time with her children. Caroline’s law practice specializes in condominium and homeowner’s association litigation and real estate investments.
As an inspirational speaker, Caroline shares with audiences how they can have significant relationships with their loved ones, colleagues, and clients.
