Happy Sacred Sunday!
In 2019 I created a celebratory ritual, which became an annual tradition, which forever changed the way my family begins a new year.
I called it School Year’s Eve.

I didn’t quite realize it at the time, but that was the beginning of my Live with Intention framework.
And let me tell you… it was a gamechanger.
I remember one year, one of my younger boys said he wanted to set the intention of “having a best friend like my older brother does.”
His brother had a best friend who had become like family, and his little heart longed for that kind of connection.
We didn’t know that my son had this desire. But when he put the pen to paper, it came pouring out.
We didn’t try to make the school year about getting better grades or achievements. We let his heart choose what mattered most.
Fast forward to the next School Year’s Eve … he didn’t make a best friend … he found a whole group of them!
His relationships flourished that year. He found his people.
And what’s fascinating is that it was the same group as the year prior!
Nothing changed but for him noticing what he desired, naming it, and nurturing it intentionally.
✨This week on the podcast, I’m sharing all the details about School Year’s Eve so you can adopt this powerful tradition in your own family — or pass it along to families with school-aged children.
And tomorrow, we kick off the Bliss’n Up Hub, a 6 month container designed to help YOU live with intention in your own life.
I’ve learned that the best way to influence others is to become the role model first.
Be the one who leads the way — not because of what you say, but rather because of what you do, and who you are.
Let’s create rituals.
Let’s live with rhythm.
Let’s set intentions and transform our mindset, wellness, and relationships, together.
This is the work.
And it’s such important work.
I can’t wait to anchor into August with you.
Sending you so much love,
P.S. I’m jumping LIVE on zoom today at 12pm and 5pm to answer questions about the hub. if you want to join in, reply to this email and I’ll send you the zoom link.
