My mission is to inspire people to live better, to follow their dreams, to pursue their goals, and to live successful lives. How do you do that? You start by identifying what success means to you, and then using my CORE principles to pursue your definition of success.
You want to feel better and look better. You wish you had more energy. You want to do all the things, but no matter what you try, you can’t manage to stay consistent. You start strong, but then you get frustrated and quit. You can’t seem to get it together. What’s missing? Did you know that over 4,000 people have successfully climbed Mt. Everest? Do you know how many of them did it alone? Not one.
I know times are tough right now. We are overwhelmed, stressed, and living with uncertainty. What’s worse is that many of us are isolated, lonely, and lacking support.
During our challenge, you’ll be surrounded by a supportive and loving virtual community that is rooting you on and cheering for your success.

Q. What do I have to do in the challenge?
A. Every day you’ll make deposits into your Physical and Spiritual Bank Accounts. That means you eat healthy, do some sort of exercise and meditate each day. Additionally, we provide you with the bonus challenge, which has a different theme each week. We recommend that you complete 1-3 of the bonus challenges per week.
Q. Is this challenge in person or online?
A. The chat is 100% online via What’s App and your Members-Only Page. However, we do schedule a RunDay Meetup on the last Sunday of the challenge so that you can all come together and meet each other in person!
Q. Can I participate in the challenge if I don’t live in Miami?
A. Yes! Because this challenge is 100% online, we’ve had people join from other states and countries. We would also welcome you to fly in for our RunDay Meetup!
Q. Where can I access all the videos and resources?
A. You will have access to our Member’s Only Access Page and will receive the link and password on the day before the Challenge begins. You will have access to all the information for the full 28 day program and are free to download any of the printables we have provided for you.
Q. What if I can’t make it to the Zoom calls?
A. All the Zoom calls are recorded for your convenience in the event you have to miss it.
Q. What if other #corecrew members are more advanced in this journey than I am?
A. We all have something to learn in this journey. Some people may have healthier eating habits than you, others are more fit than you, and others are more spiritually connected than you — but trust me when I tell you that NO ONE has it all together. We all have something to learn from one another. That’s why you’re here! Use this opportunity to from learn others instead of comparing yourself to them. This group has people of all ages, fitness levels, and personalities. We have a lot to learn from each other.
Q. How do I keep track of my points?
A. We provide you with a printable progress tracker to easily check off your daily deposits into each account.
Q. What if I don’t exercise, eat well or meditate one day?
A. You don’t check off your points that day. It’s as simple as that.
Q. Is this challenge a weight-loss program?
A. No. This is a mindset, habit integration, and accountability program. Many of the #corecrew members have lost weight as a result of implementing healthy habits in their daily life, but that is not the focus or the guarantee we offer.
Q. Do we have to follow your meal plan and workout regimen?
A. No. We provide eating and exercise guidelines, recipes, as well as meditations and apps for your spiritual development. However, these are tools to aid you in your journey, they are not requirements of the program. If you are already following an exercise program or eating regimen, we are here to support you in that process.
Q. Do I have to participate in the What’s App Chat?
A. The chat is the secret sauce of this challenge. Although you are not required to chime in every day, your participation will allow you to develop relationships, camaraderie, and a sense of accountability with your chat members. We limit the chats to no more than 10 people per chat to ensure an intimate experience. We encourage you to share your triumphs and your struggles as this will enhance your ability to complete the program.
Q. Is this challenge only for women?
A. No! Men are welcome and encouraged to join. However, because we know men and women needs and dynamics are different, Caroline facilitates the women groups and her husband, Orlando, is facilitating the men groups. This is a great opportunity for couples to do this together but apart.
