Happy Sacred Sunday, blissiners! It’s episode 31 of Bliss’n Up, and today is extra special—it’s the first of December, a rare alignment of the first of the month with a Sunday. In this episode, I share why this day holds double significance for me: it’s the day I set the monthly theme and also my cousin Jenny’s birthday. I reflect on the beautiful bond we share and her unwavering love and support, especially during a challenging past birthday of mine. 💖
We also dive into this month’s theme: DARE December! This theme was a “download” from the universe, arriving weeks ago, and I’ve been eager to share it with you. DARE stands for Dream, Act, Release, Enjoy—a call to step boldly into the final chapter of the year with intention and courage. I discuss how this theme connects with the winter season’s energy of stillness and dreaming, while also inviting us to take bold actions. Plus, I share my process for choosing themes and how monthly intentions can complement your word of the year.
