It reminded me of an old pattern I’ve been working hard to outgrow: the fire drill mentality of last-minute scrambling. But instead of beating myself up, I used this as an opportunity to reflect on how setbacks and relapses are part of growth. Whether it’s improving time management, strengthening a relationship, or building better habits, progress isn’t linear. In this episode, I share my three-step approach to navigating these moments.
