You know you’re getting older when the year seems to fly by so quickly!
I can’t believe we’re about to start the holiday season — but here we are.

Dr. Sanchez has taught me we don’t have to be so rigid. Yes, you should eat intending to nourish your body most of the time. But there’s nothing wrong with indulging occasionally. (Keyword is occasionally).
There is a time to nourish, and a time to indulge … but there’s also a time to reset.
Resetting allows you to detox, restore, repair, and rejuvenate yourself. One way to reset is through sleep. However, the best way to reset our internal cells and rejuvenate from the inside out is through fasting.
