Happy Sacred Sunday!
It feels like the older we get, the faster time seems to pass. Although I will say that I’ve noticed time moving faster for my kids than it did for us when we were younger. I think technology contributes to that.
In any event,
One day blends into the next, months slip by, and before we know it, another year has passed.
If you’re not careful, life can start to feel like a blur. Suddenly you’re running on autopilot, barely pausing long enough to catch your breath before the next urgency demands your attention.
I refuse to succumb to that.
That’s why I’ve created a framework to interrupt the snowball just enough to slow it down.
It’s a practice of presence.
Of marking time with meaning and reflection.
What if, instead of rushing through life, we became artisans of it— what if each month was a pearl and we were jewelers, carefully stringing together each pearl to create something beautiful, meaningful, and uniquely ours?
Every month, you can carve out space to:
notice what has been,
name what matters most, and
nurture what you want to bring forward.
It’s not just about setting goals—it’s about marking time, collecting the pearls of your experiences, and crafting a life that feels lived, not just passed through.
When you live like this, you hold in your hands a string of moments that tell a story—a life you’ve shaped with care and style, not one that just happened to you.
This week on the Bliss’n Up Podcast, I’m sharing this concept and naming our theme for March.
This theme is going to pull us forward instead of pushing us into burnout.
It invites you to step into flow, to attract the energy, opportunities, and momentum that align with the life you truly want to live.
And I get to share a powerful story of a friend of mine who transformed her life when she stuck in a rut, with one simple mindset shift.
Tune into this week’s episode to bliss’n up.
And if you’re craving more intentionality in your life, let’s talk. I’d love to help you craft a life that feels as beautiful as it looks.
