One of our #CORECREW members posted this picture of the 30 Habits for Happiness on our community chat, and said, “You guys! Caro’s CORE Challenge is a happiness challenge!”

As I read each of the 30 habits, I realized she was right. I’ve called my challenges “wellness challenges,” because my intention is to help people implement habits that will lead to a state of physical, mental, and social well-being. But in reality, people who consistently commit to instilling positive and healthy habits into their life, are also committing to living a happier life.
That’s why now I refer to the habits we practice in our challenge as Happy Habits.
We all need happy habits to live a more meaningful, intentional, healthy, and successful life. I’m not suggesting that if we practice these habits, we’re always going to be happy. I’m not saying that we won’t encounter road bumps, stumbles, or falls—or that we’ll never feel pain, grief, or loss. What I am saying is when we integrate these happy habits into our daily life, those habits help us handle the road bumps, stumbles, falls, and pain better.
Better Together
During the last few months, I’ve built an incredible community of people that want to incorporate happy habits in their lives. They are ready for significant change, but they are sick of trying to do it all alone. They want community, accountability, and motivation. They are tired of feeling like it has to be so hard…they want to enjoy the process. That’s what Caro’s CORE Challenge is all about!
As a result, I’ve witnessed so many transformations, both physical and mental, in such short periods of time. I’ve seen strangers connect in meaningful ways and become cheerleaders for each other. The experience has shown me that we are better together.
Commit to Happy Habits
So now I want you to take a look at the list of 30 habits for Happiness. Do you have happy habits? If you do, celebrate that! Acknowledge your success and take a moment to feel proud and joyful. If there are some habits that you know you should integrate into your life, but haven’t yet — this is the time to do it. It’s never too late to do better.
As you make this commitment, do it with a sense of curiosity and fun; Contact a friend or family member to hold you accountable, and focus on progress, not perfection. And if you ever need a little more support, know that our #corecrew community is here to support you!
A Moment of Clarity
The more you commit to instilling positive and healthy habits into your life, the more happiness you’ll find in the process.
