Happy Sacred Sunday!
This week on the podcast I shared one of my favorite reflection questions: what’s saving my life right now?
I recorded it thinking about the small, simple things saving me this summer, and how one little thing can completely change how much you enjoy your life.
And then the weeks turned heavy.
People very close to me have been facing so much loss. A parent, a child, a friend, a family member. Some have had multiple deaths close together, the sadness compounding. And other friends are deep in the aftermath of the tragic earthquake in Venezuela, knowing people they love are still trapped under the rubble, still not rescued.
My friend Luly B. said it best yesterday: “There’s a lot of heaviness around us right now.”
In seasons like this, I sometimes feel guilty talking about finding bliss and living with intention. It almost feels silly to talk about this when people are suffering. I said as much to Luly during our conversation.
But the truth is, this is exactly when the work matters most.
I don’t believe we are meant to live in a perpetual state of bliss.
The human experience is meant to be lived in contrast.
Deaths happen every day. Tragedies, storms, earthquakes, accidents cause pain all over the world, whether we hear about them or not.
And miracles happen every day too. Births, celebrations, laughter, reunions, acts of kindness bring joy all over the world, whether we hear about them or not.
The contrast always exists, no matter which part of the cycle you’re in. No one is exempt from their turn with grief and loss. But no one has to be exempt from joy either.
That’s why actively noticing what’s saving your life is such a valuable practice. No matter what season you’re in, there will always be something to hold onto. And when your world is crumbling, it’s those little things that bring you back to the light.
So that’s my question for you today: what’s saving your life right now?
Hit reply and tell me. I read every one.
Sending you so much love today and always,
Happy Sacred Sunday!
I woke up this morning so excited to share this week’s podcast episode with you. It’s a live interview I recorded last week with my friend Nikki Novo, in front of a beautiful audience.
This entire week has been filled with #sparksofbliss: dreams realized, moments savored, energy riding high.
I couldn’t wait to bring you into that energy today.
But when I went to check the podcast this morning, it wasn’t there.
Cue: frantic texts, voice notes, and calls to my podcast producer… only to find out there was a glitch in the system and the episode may not be live until later today, or even tomorrow.
I went from full-blown #insoportable unicorn mode 🦄 to disappointed and disillusioned in five seconds flat.
Mind you, I recognize that this is not a tragedy or a big deal. I wasn’t even sure if it merited sharing this message with you.
But I decided to, because this is the work.
Like I often say, this hurts like a paper cut. Paper cuts may be tiny but they still sting.
And this is life.
Some days, you ride the wave of bliss.
Other days, the undertow drags you down unexpectedly.
And sometimes both hit at once and leave you wondering what the hell just happened!
This morning felt like all the magic of the week vanished in a single moment.
But here’s the invitation:
⚡️ To surrender what I can’t control
⚡️ To take responsibility for what’s mine
⚡ To act on what I can control
⚡To notice what I’ll do differently next time
This is an N2 moment—a chance to be intentional, to recalibrate, to meet what’s next with clarity instead of chaos.
I refuse to let disappointment go to waste.
So here’s my plan:
I’m going to feel my feelings.
I’m going to regulate my system.
And when I’m grounded again, I’ll come back and share all the magic this week brought me. And when the episode is ready, I’ll let you know also.
Because the bliss is still within you, even when you can’t find it.
This is what we do in real time in 1:1 coaching and inside my group program, The Bliss’n Up Hub.
If you’re ready to ride the bliss waves and do the deep work when things crash unexpectedly… let’s talk.
With love,

Happy Sacred Sunday!
It’s that time of the month again.
The day we Notice and Name our monthly intention so we can Nurture a life of meaning, aligned action, and progress.
Last night, I was at a friend’s 50th birthday celebration, and a group of us were sitting in a circle, chatting.
At some point in the evening, one friend turned to me and said,
“Oooohhhh I can’t wait to see what November’s intention is going to be tomorrow.”
(She was referring to my podcast.)
Then, in the midst of another conversation, someone else perked up and said,
“That’s it! That’s what I’m naming my theme for November!”
My heart almost burst seeing how this practice has become such a cherished part of people’s lives.
When you train your mind to think with intention, you build a life of intention.
And that, my friend, changes how you move through the world.
It makes your months more memorable and slows your fast-paced life just enough for you to truly feel the moments instead of rushing past them.
So, without further ado, tune into today’s podcast to discover what we’re naming November for the collective.
And if yours is different from mine, that’s beautiful too. There are no rules, only rhythms, and this is your unique life.
Sending you so much love,
Bliss’n Up Podcast
Happy Sacred Sunday!
Can you believe today is the last Sunday in October? Today is a beautiful day to carve out a little time for reflection so you can move into the new month with clarity and purpose.
Here are a few simple ways to pause and notice what this month was all about:
Go through your calendar for the month. How did you spend your time?
Scroll your camera roll. What moments did you capture?
Skim your texts and emails. Who did you connect with?
These three actions help you NOTICE.
Notice your successes. What are you proud of? What worked? What do you want to do more of?
Notice your challenges. What was overwhelming? What didn’t work well? What do you want to let go of?
And since this Sunday lands just before November begins, it’s the perfect opportunity to tie up any loose ends from October.
Is there anything you want to make sure you complete to end the month strong?
For example, our theme for October was Orderly October. One thing I noticed had fallen out of order was my garage—it had been accumulating boxes to toss, clothes to donate, and random items that needed to be put away. I finally got around to it last night and, in just a couple of hours, got it back to order. It was a small spark of success to add to Orderly October.
Remember from last week’s podcast: it’s not about perfection every day, but those moments of progress that matter.
This is the art of living with intention: Noticing, Naming, and Nurturing a purposeful, meaningful, and aligned life.
Once you’ve moved through this reflection, you get to the fun part: you get to name your intention for November.
This week’s Bliss’n Up podcast episode is all about the power and science of naming; why the words you choose shape your identity, your energy, and even your outcomes.
It’s a short and powerful listen that will give you a full week to reflect on how you’ll name your November.
I came up with the Bliss’n Up theme for November this weekend, and I’m a little obsessed with it.🤭
It captures exactly the energy I want to embody for the month ahead. I’ll share it with you next week, so you can decide if you want to join our collective theme or choose your own.
This is also the work my Bliss’n Up Hub community will be doing live in our coaching circle tomorrow. We get to dive deep into reflection and then emerge in alignment.
This is the most important work you can do in your life. It will forever change you.
Thank you for walking this journey with me. It’s an absolute privilege to support you in living with intention. I’m feeling a spark of bliss just writing this email to you!✨✨✨
Okay, now it’s time to get to work.
What will you name your November? I’d love to hear your intention so reply and share if you feel called.
Oh, and by the way… if you’re ready to dive deeper into living with more intention and alignment, I’m opening a few private coaching spots in November.

With love,

Happy Sacred Sunday!
This week on the podcast, I’m sharing a story about a bottle I let linger on my countertop even though it didn’t belong there. That little bottle became a symbol of how clutter and chaos weigh us down when we procrastinate making small decisions. This is the second week I’ve explored what I call “thinking energy,” one of the biggest threats to creating a life of order.
This morning, I chuckled at the irony of releasing that story on the very day I was hosting our annual family Halloween pumpkin carving party.
Why ironic? Because this is the messiest day of our year.
On this day, countertops are buried under food and drinks, toys are sprawled across the playroom, and sticky little hands from pumpkin carving threaten every wall and door. (scroll down to see some pics of our day!)
You’d think by listening to my episode that my house is always pristine, but that wasn’t the point. (And it isn’t!).
Today, despite the chaos and clutter, I felt a deep sense of order.
Order in my priorities.
Order in the rhythm of our traditions.
Order in the purpose behind hosting my family.
You see, the episode wasn’t about pristine countertops. It was about misplaced procrastination — the mental clutter that piles up when we assign too much weight to decisions that don’t deserve it.
So today, as I looked around my house at the kids jumping, grandparents smiling, and moms picking up after everyone, I felt a spark of bliss.
This is the kind of mess I welcome. The kind that reminds me I’m living in alignment with what matters most.
If you’ve been craving more order in your life, maybe the first place to start is in your thoughts.
🎧 Tune in to this week’s episode of Bliss’n Up to explore how to clear the “bottles” cluttering your mind.
