1. Introduction
Caroline opens Episode 81 of Bliss’n Up by revisiting the theme of N Squared November — living fully in both the Now and the Next.
She invites listeners to ask: What do I have to do now? What am I enjoying and savoring now? How am I planting seeds for what’s coming next?
There’s a reminder that sometimes you’re already living the “next” you worked so hard for, and it’s okay to enjoy it without guilt or pressure to chase another goal.
The episode is framed as a sacred Sunday check-in to notice the sparks of bliss in everyday life.
2. Caroline’s Story: From Longing to Baby Steps
Caroline shares how her dream of speaking and inspiring others began with her father, a motivational speaker who always saw this path for her.
For years she carried limiting beliefs and excuses — being too young, going to law school, having small children — that kept her from stepping into that calling.
A triggering moment came when she saw her high school friend Luly thriving as a speaker under similar life circumstances, which woke up her own buried desire.
By the time she joined Luly’s Boost mastermind in 2018, she had spent years in the “trying loop” — grieving her father, overthinking, and feeling stuck between her current life and the future she sensed was meant for her.
3. Why Slow, Imperfect Action Still Counts
At Luly’s kitchen table, Caroline was challenged to think 6–8 years ahead and start working now for the woman she wanted to become.
She began taking “turtle steps”: posting on Instagram, giving talks to local groups like Kiwanis, and eventually writing and publishing a book.
These efforts weren’t flashy or perfectly strategic, but they were powerful seeds planted in the now for her next chapter.
Looking back eight years later, she realizes she wouldn’t trade those slow years; they gave her space to be present with her boys, heal grief, repair her marriage, care for her health, and still honor her calling.
She reminds listeners that “overnight success” often takes decades — and progress doesn’t have to be fast to be meaningful.
4. Nikki’s Story: Preparation Meets Intuition
Caroline revisits Nikki Novo’s story from their live podcast: Nikki wanted to deliver a powerful keynote and asked Caroline to help her craft the structure of a great speech.
Nikki prepared thoroughly — writing, practicing, and memorizing the talk weeks before the event, with the clear intention of being the best speaker she could be that day.
The morning of the speech, Nikki’s intuition told her not to give the prepared talk but to deliver a podcast-style presentation instead.
Because she was so prepared, Nikki had the confidence and spaciousness to pivot — and the new version of the talk ended up bringing the house down.
Caroline connects this to her own journey: when your intention in the now is clear and you do your homework, you create room for intuition to guide your next.
5. Living an N² (Now & Next) Life
Caroline emphasizes that the now you are living is precious: you will never be this age again, your family will never be in this exact season again, and these moments are not repeatable.
You’re invited to fully enjoy the life you’re living today, especially if it’s the “next” you once dreamed of, while still planting seeds for future growth.
The key is to keep showing up in gratitude, taking aligned action, and designing success on your own terms — not rushing into the next milestone out of pressure or comparison.
She encourages listeners to take a few minutes on this sacred Sunday to reflect on their Now and their Next, and to notice how they are already living an N Squared life.
Caroline closes by inviting listeners to connect with her for deeper support through Instagram, email, the show notes, or a complimentary consultation, reminding them that “the project is big and you’re a part of it.”
