This week, I’m reflecting on the true meaning of wellness—especially as the winter season asks us to slow down, listen deeply, and make small but mighty adjustments. After a wave of illness in my family, I was reminded that our health is both a responsibility and a daily practice. In this episode, I’ll share the three mindset shifts that have shaped my own journey and invite you to approach your well-being as a string of intentional, stacked habits—no quick fixes, just gentle, sustainable growth.
